Provincial Red Cross Society hold the 150th anniversary of International Red Cross Day and sum up partially a year of implementing the campaign, entitled ''Each organisation, each individual associated with one humanitarian address''
At the meeting, Mr. Le Minh Tuyen, Chairman of the Provincial Red Cross Society reviewed the glorious tradition of the movement of Red Cross in the past time and stated the obtained results in one year of implementing the campaign, entitled "Each organisation, each individual associated with one humanitarian address". In 2008, the whole province had 159 difficult addresses which were introduced by communes and wards, and 8 addresses by departments and branches...
On this occasion, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Red Cross Society granted Certificate of Merit to 6 collectives and 1 individual for their brilliant achievements in implementing the campaign "Each organisation, each individual associated with one humanitarian address".
