Aquatic production increased by 12%
(Quang Binh Website) - From early year to now, aquatic production achieved over 8,300 tonnes, increasing by 12% against the same period; of which exploitation of fishery was estimated to achieve over 7,800 tonnes, increasing by 12% against the same period and the production of cultivated and breeded fishery achieved 246 tonnes, increasing by 10.9%, said the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.
In order to achieve above results, Quang Binh fishermen focused on promoting the program of aquatic breeding and catching, investing in buying modern fishing equipment to serve for the exploitation of offshore fishery.
