Quang Binh Province reported rainfall reaching up to 700 mm in some areas in Le Thuy and Quang Ninh districts.

People in Duy Ninh Commune had to move their assets to avoid the flooding.

The serious flooding has damaged 69 sections of roads in the area.

People had to use boats for travelling in the centre of Le Thuy District.

Flood water rose nearly to the roofs of a school building in Quang Ninh District.

Traffic police arrived to evacuate people from their flooded houses to a safe area in Duy Ninh Commune on October 28.
