AN AMUSEMENT CENTRE IN PHONG NHA – KE BANG

- The central area includes facilities for sports and cultural activities: festival yard, service building, restaurants;

- The Ecotourism village includes facilities for ecotourism such as accommodation, sports, amusement, camping areas;

- The ethnic minority cultural village is the area to reappear the cultural characteristics of ethnic minorities.

- Location: on the western branch of Ho Chi Minh Highway (also called Ho Chi Minh Highway West); 20 km away from Phong Nha;

- Total estimated land use area: 15-20 ha

3. Total estimated investment capital:

- VND 500 billion

4. Forms of investment:

- 100% capital of the investor

5. Involved agencies:

- Project owner: the Investor and Quang Binh provincial authority.

- The project is valued by Quang Binh Department of Construction.

- Approving agency: Quang Binh Provincial Peoples’ Committee.
