Director of the Informatics Center Nguyen Tran Quang reported on result of upgrading Quang Binh Portal. The objective of upgrading Website is to turn Quang Binh Website into an useful mean to popularize timely guidelines and policies; open information and activities of administrative body to people; a bridge to connect local authorities with people, enterprises, investors and tourists; contributing to promotion of province’s socio-economic development. Accordingly, Quang Binh Website’s information aims to 4 main subjects, namely civil servants, people, enterprises and investors, tourists.

As for people: supply information on administrative processes and procedures; apparatus of government, information on activities of the State agencies, information on people receiving schedule of provincial leaders and other necessary information, such as: looking for land price and so on.

As for enterprises and investors: grasp province’s socio-economic situation thoroughly; learn about the list of projects calling for investment; investment guidance and procedures and investment incentive policies to enterprises and investors.

As for tourists: look for information on tourism in Quang Binh, namely tourist sites, relics and landscapes, hotels, restaurants, shopping, transportation and ATM positions, etc.

As for civil-servants: easily approach with administrative information serving for their professional skills and quickly search for the province’s documents through the province’s normative document database.

After listening report of Director of the Informatics Center, members of the Provincial Standing People’s Committee gave their ideas and contributions to Quang Binh Portal. In conclusion, Chairman Phan Lam Phuong highly appreciated and praised the effort of the Informatics Center in upgrading Quang Binh Website. He asked to focus on completing Website, paying much attention to information on investors, people and tourists; adding information on land, business registration and provincial social policies; translating information on tourism and investment into English to quickly put Quang Binh Website into use.
