Because of the influence of the Storm No.6, flooding had left heavy damages for residents in two districts of Le Thuy and Quang Ninh (Quang Binh province). According to report of the Provincial People's Committee, three people were died, 6,150 houses submerged in the water and 2,700 hectares of crops damaged. In order to help local people repair the consequences caused by the flood, all officials and soldiers of the people's police force donated VND 200 million to flood-hit people in Quang Binh province.

On behalf of leader of the Ministry of Police, Director of the provincial Department of Police Phan Thanh Ha granted above donation to Chairman Phan Lam Phuong. It is known that this is the third relief aid of the Ministry of Police to help the Quang Binh Party Committee and people overcome difficulties and quickly repair the consequences and stabilize the life.

On behalf of flood-hit people, Chairman Phan Lam Phuong expressed his thanks to officials and soldiers of the people's police force and promised that above donation would be handed to flood-hit people as soon as possible, helping people overcome the consequences caused by the flood and storm.
