Invest VND53bil to generate power from solar energy for 10 difficult mountain communes
The Quang Binh Province People's Committee has approved a project to supply solar power to its minority people in 66 villages of 10 difficult mountain communes, which are not on the national power grid.
They includes 18 villages in Thuong Trach commune, 2 in Tan Trach and 1 in Son Trach (Bo Trach district); 5 in Dan Hoa and 12 in Trong Hoa (Minh Hoa district); 1 in Thanh Hoa and 6 in Kim Hoa (Tuyen Hoa district); 6 in Lam Hoa (Le Thuy district); 10 in Truong Son and 5 in Truong Xuan (Quang Ninh district).
Its total invested capital is VND 53 billion. The project will be carried out from 2008 to 2010.
