Quang Binh People's Committee listened the report of Sao Bien eco-tourism and resort area Project

(Quang Binh Website) - The Provincial People’s Committee held a meeting on Thursday to listen the report of the Sao Bien eco-tourism and resort area Project. Quang Binh People’s Committee Chairman Phan Lam Phuong presided over the meeting.

Attending the meeting was Permanent Vice-chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Committee Pham Thi Bich Lua; representatives of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Council, the Dong Hoi city, Bo Trach district, communes of Quang Phu, Nhan Trach and Ly Trach and the related departments and branches.

Sao Bien eco-tourism and resort area Project

The Sao Bien eco-tourism and resort area, is which built on a coastal area with the borderline between Quang Phu commune (Dong Hoi city), Ly Trach and Nhan Trach (Bo Trach district), is invested by the Food Equipment Joint-stock Company with the total capital of VND213 billion. The Sao Bien eco-tourism and resort area has an area of 27.78 hectare. It is expected to fully complete within 30 months and its groundbreaking ceremony will be held on May 1 2008.

The Sao Bien eco-tourism and resort area will be invested to build a four-star coastal hotel, a eco-tourism area, villas, sport areas, swimming-pool, tea-room, karaoke and physiotherapy massage and so on. This is an eco-tourism and resort area with all modern conveniences, meeting the demand for all foreign and domestic tourists to Quang Binh.

Provincial People’s Committee Chairman Phan Lam Phuong addresses the meeting

Addressing the meeting, Chairman Phan Lam Phuong applauded the Food Equipment Joint-stock Company to invest in the Sao Bien eco-tourism and resort area in order to serve tourists to Quang Binh, contributing to solving jobs for labourers in the provincial area. He also asked the investor and consultancy unit to study and listen the ideas of the departments and branches to build an eco-tourism and resort area with its distinct features.
