Industrial production value achieved VND1,250 billion, a 22% increase against same period
(Quang Binh Website) - According to the report of the Department of Industry and Trade, the provincial industrial production value in the first six months was VND1,250 billion, achieved 45% of the plan of 2008, increased by 22% against the same period.
Of which, central industry achieved VND675 billion, a 31% increase; local industry reached VNd547 billion, a 14.6% over the same period. Most of industrial sectors and structure of key products had a fair growth rate in accordance with orientation for shifting product structure. Concretely, cement rose by 123%, clinker up to 105.8%, brick up to 21.0%, garment up to 10%, beer up to 18.1%, and ceramic tile up to 15.5%… Industrial production continues to assert its important role in the province's socio-economic development.
