Central Committee of Youth Union awarded the Brave Youth insignia to ferry accident rescuers
First Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Vo Van Thuong awarded the Brave Youth insignia to rescuers
After visiting the victims' families, First Secretary Vo Van Thuong directed the Quang Binh Youth Union and Quang Trach District Youth Union to implement the programme "Giving strength for going to school" to help children of the victims' families.
On this occasion, the First Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Vo Van Thuong awarded Certificate of merit of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union to Mai Van Luyen and Hoang Ut; granted the Brave Youth insignia to Mai Thanh Phong, Tran Quoc Hoan and Tran Quang Thang. The Vietnam Youth Union also awarded Certificate of merit and Cup to above-mentioned five individuals in rescuing 35 people of the ferry accident on January 25.
