During the visit, the delegation of Quang Binh province had a working session with the Vietnamese embassy in some countries in the Middle East, the Ministers of Industry and Trade, the Tourism Administration, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, economic corporations and big enterprises; visited and learned about some models of economic management, investment projects and cultural and historical relics of the Saudi Arabia.

At the working sessions, the delegation briefly informed of socio-economic situation, natural conditions, potentials and strengths of Quang Binh province, and the list of projects in the provincial area to call for investment cooperation.

Addressing the working sessions, the friendly sides applauded the visit of Quang Binh province to the Middle East so as to promote investment, contributing to create opportunities for economic management agencies, corporations and enterprises of the friendly countries to find out about the socio-economic situation of Vietnam in general and of Quang Binh province in particular. The friendly sides also hoped to intensify cooperative relations with Quang Binh province in the fields of agricultural production, construction material production, infrastructure, trade, fishery, real estate, tourism and labor export...

At the working sessions with leader of the ministries, chambers of commerce and industry, economic corporations and enterprises of the friendly countries, two sides asserted that this is a favorable opportunity for the enterprises of the friendly countries to do business in Vietnam in general and Quang Binh in particular. Two sides recorded the discussed main contents and promised to further cooperative ties in the coming time. After the official visit of Prime Minster Nguyen Tan Dung to Qatar and Kuwait in March, the Quang Binh province is the first delegation visiting the Middle East to promote investment, said the friendly side.
