The Provincial Military Headquarter, Public Security and Border Guard sent 13 high-speed boats and 30 soldiers to flooded-prone localities to evacuate local people and respond timely to urgent situations. The Provincial Red Cross granted 5,000 packets of instant for Flood & Storm Prevention & Control and the Committee for Search and Rescue mobilized noodles to flooded-hit areas.
