The ceremony was attended by Mr. Luong Ngoc Binh, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council; Mr. Nguyen Xuan Quang, Standing Vice- Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee and representatives of relevant departments and branches.
At the ceremony, Mr. Truong Hoa Binh and the provincial leaders presented 30 bicycles and 30 gifts (worth VND500,000 each) with a total value of over VND50 million to 30 poor and studious pupils in the province.
This is a meaningful gift expressing a kind heart of officers from the court sector, the People's Public Security Newspaper, the Justice Newspaper and the Hue Beer Company to poor and outstanding pupils in Quang Binh province, contributing to helping them overcome difficulties in their life and study well in a new academic year of 2012-2013.
