At the meeting, participants approved the decision and plan for organizing the exhibition of photos, reportage and documentary films on ASEAN community in Quang Binh 2015.

Accordingly, the exhibition will gather more than 200 photos and nearly 50 reportages and documentary films, reflecting the cultures, costumes, traditions, languages, health, education, industries and agriculture of the peoples in ASEAN nations; environmental protection and climate change in ASEAN community.

The exhibition will be expected to open in Quang Binh General Museum from July 14-17.

It is known that this event is one of activities to mark the founding anniversary of ASEAN community (December 31, 2015). Quang Binh is one of two provinces nationwide selected to organize this event.

The event is a good opportunity to learn about peoples, cultures and environments of ASEAN nations, make a community connection between ASEAN nations, spread the image of peoples and promote tourism potential to international friends.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee highly appreciated the spirit and responsibility of related agencies and units in preparation for the event and asked them to closely coordinate to successfully organize the event.
