"Mua bong cheo can" folk performance attracts tourists

This information was released at a press conference, held by the People's Committee of Dong Hoi City on April 5, to provide with specific contents and programmes during the Dong Hoi Culture and Tourism Week 2016.

Accordingly, the Dong Hoi Culture and Tourism Week 2016 will include seven main activities, namely traditional cuisine festival with a focus on seafood; arts festival entitled "Melody of Hoa Hong (Rose) City", "Mua bong cheo can" folk performance, beach volleyball tournament, "Cuop Cu" folk game, traditional boat racing festival and an art performance program to welcome the Dong Hoi Culture and Tourism Week with the participation of many famous artists.

This is an annual cultural event, aiming at enriching the spiritual and cultural life of local people and promoting the province's many tourist attractions as well as attracting investment to the province, contributing to local socio-economic development.
