Rural laborers were provided with new jobs

So far, 4,288 customers have been loaned from the National Fund on Employment with a total outstanding debt of over VND89 billion; the number of laborers creating jobs through the loans was 1,144 people.

By the end of 2016, the province is estimated to have 2,340 laborers going to work abroad according to the contracts (reaching 101.5% of the yearly plan) and about 555,290 laborers within working age.

The recent environmental incidents have caused heavy losses to production and business acitivities, the people's life as well as seeking substitutional employments.

According to the survey results of environmental incidents, 40 communes in the province with 22,939 households and 99,643 persons were affected to employment.

Up to now, the number of laborers in the localities affected by the environmental incidents have returned to work with more than 50% and rate of unemployment dropped to about 11% (unemployment rate at the time of survey was 28%).
