In Vietnam, McKinsey & Company has consulted for over 23 projects on business strategy, reform assistance and business finance..., including construction of the master plan on socio-economic development of Quang Ninh, Ha Giang, Tay Ninh provinces and Mong Cai Border Gate Economic Zone, etc.

With respect to the adjustment of the master plan on socio-economic development of Quang Binh province to 2030, visions to 2050, McKinsey & Company also put forward the initial ideas with the phases, goals and specific solutions under discussions in order to help the consulting firm effectively implement the construction and adjustment of the master plan.
