THE AREM ECOTOURISM VILLAGE (ETHNIC MINORITY CULTURAL VILLAGE OF AREM)

1. Project goats and project items:

- Exploiting the existing advantages of cultural resource and natural conditions to satisfy the demand on tourism, sight-seeing, exploring the history, culture, character of the Arem ethnic people (who belong to Chut ethnic minority);

- The ecotourism village will include following investment items:

+ The garden houses following the traditional forms made by the ethnic minority;

+ Lakes and green trees system;

+ Restaurant, amusement area;

+ Sports area;

+ Camping area, etc.

2. Project location and project scale:

- Location: in Bo Trach district (Bo Trach district consist of 28 villages and 02 town. Most of the ARem people live in Tan Trach commune);

- The ARem village has an area of over 22,000 hectares, located in the National Garden of Phong Nha – Ke Bang.

3. Total estimated investment capital:

- VND 650 billion

4. Forms of investment:

- 100% capital of the investor

5. Involved agencies:

- Project owner: the Investor and Quang Binh provincial authority.

- The project is valued by Quang Binh Department of Construction.

- Approving agency: Quang Binh Provincial Peoples’ Committee.
