- Construction of a resort in the form of an international standard amusement park; establishing a central resort of the region on the basis of diversified natural conditions (mountain, sea etc.)

- Location: in the administrative territories of Thanh Trach and Hai Trach commune, Bo Trach district; on the Highway 1 (from Ha Noi to Ho Chi Minh city).

- Ba Trai area: in the administrative territories of Ha Trach, Bo Trach district (on Ba Trai road, from Da Nhay to Phong Nha – Ke Bang).

- Total estimated area: 500 ha

- Da Nhay area:

+ Total natural land area: 250 hectares

Ba Trai area:

+ Total natural land area: 250 – 300 hectares.

3. Total estimated investment capital:

- Minimum: USD 300 million

4. Forms of investment:

- 100% capital of the investor

5. Involved agencies:

- Project owner: the Investor and Quang Binh provincial authority.

- The project is valued by Quang Binh Department of Construction.

- Approving agency: Quang Binh Provincial Peoples’ Committee.
