BAO NINH AMUSEMENT PARK FOR DOMESTIC AND FORREIGIN TOURISTS

- Construction of an international-standard amusement park in the centre of the province for high-income tourists:

- Creating a new economic sector to help change the economic and cultural appearance of the province, diversifying tourism forms, enhancing the ability of attracting domestic and foreign tourists:

- Creating a sea route for international at tourists - a bridge for international financial exchange, a driving force for tourism development in the province.

2. The project location and project scale:

Location: In the centre of the province. 500km south of Hanoi and 1.200km north of Ho Chi Minh city.

Land use area: 200 - 250 hectares.

3. Total estimated investment capital:

VND 1,500 - 2.000 billion

4. Form of investment:

100% capital of the investor

5. Involved agencies:

- Project owner: the Investor and Quang Binh provincial authority

- The project is valued by: Quang Binh Department of Construction;

- Approving agency: Quang Binh Provincial Peoples' Committee.
