BAO NINH ECO-TOURISM RESORT

1. Project goals and project items:

- Preservation and development of the ecosystem.

- Attraction of domestic and foreign tourists.

- Construction of a 4-5 star hotel and some sorts of bungalows.

- Construction of restaurants;

- Construction of tourism infrastructure facilities: internal road system, electricity supply system, water supply and drainage system, yards, green tree, green grass, and some others.

- Construction of an amusement park, a swimming pool, a tennis court.

- Mud-bath facilities.

2. Project location and scale:

- Location: from Nhat Le II Bridge to the end of Bao Ninh commune.

- Land use area: 50 hectares.

3. Total estimated investment capital:

VND 500 - 800 billion

4. Forms of investment:

100% capital of the investor

5. Involved agencies:

- Project owner: the Investor and Quang Binh provincial authority

- The project is valued by Quang Binh Department of Construction.

- Approving agency: Quang Binh Provincial Peoples’ Committee
