DONG HOI TRADING CENTRE

1. Project goals:

- Construction of a trading centre for Dong Hoi residents and tourists.

- The trading centre willl consists of: 01 central building (6 storeys + 1 basenment) and other auxiliary projects such as internal roads and yards, green trees, surrounding park, car and motobike parking area, etc.

- The project is expected to become an interesting place for tourists, contributing to the development of the provine.

2. Project scale and location:

- Land use area: 03 hectares.

- Location: to the north of Le Loi Road, Dong Hoi city.

3. Total estimated investment capital:

VND 250 billion

4. Forms of investment:

100% capital of the investor

5. Involved agencies:

- Project owner: the Investor and Quang Binh provincial authority

- The project is valued by Quang Binh Department of Construction.

- Approving agency: Quang Binh Provincial Peoples’ Committee
