DONG HOI 4 - 5 STAR HOTEL

1. Project goals:

- Construction of a luxury resort for dosmetic and foreign tourists.

- Diversifying tourism forms to attract more tourists; exploiting the advantages of the natural conditions of the city in combination with advantages of a sea-coast city centre to the development of other services.

- Construction of a 4-5 star hotel, including:

 +Hotel;

+ A swimming pool system; massage service;

+ Restaurant and bar system;

+ Other auxiliary projects.

2. The project location and project scale:

- Location: along the coast of Bao Ninh (Dong Hoi city) with the width of 500-800 meters from the sea. The land is relatively flat, interposed with low sand hills.

- The hotel area: 50 hectares.

3. Total estimated investment capital:

Minimum: VND 350 billion

4. Form of investment:

100% capital of the investor

5. Involved agencies:

- Project owner: the Investor and Quang Binh provincial authority

- The project is valued by: Quang Binh Department of Construction;

- Approving agency: Quang Binh Provincial Peoples' Committee.
