Quang Binh calls upon cooperation in trade and tourism with Japanese partners

(Quang Binh Portal) - Quang Binh is an attractive destination for domestic and foreign investors. The province has currently 320 projects with total registered capital of over USD5 billion, in which there are 11 FDI projects with registered capital of USD107 million and 158 on-going projects with a total registered capital of nearly USD4 billion.

In recent years, based on potential and advantages of the province, Quang Binh has called upon cooperation and investment in many fields with the countries in the region and the world. With respect to Japan, the province has called upon investment and cooperation in export aquaculture, agriculture, tourism and high-technological electronic production.

Accordingly, the list of projects calling for Japan's investment includes Bao Ninh ecotourism area, Da Nhay - Ba Trai multifunctional resort, Chay River multifunctional resort, Hai Ninh golf court, Five-star resort, Quang Binh 1 wind power plant, Dong Hoi golf court, electronic assembling plant and motor assembling plant.

In addition, the province has also attracted cooperation in fishery processing, glass production, motorcyle tyre and high-quality rubber products manufacturing.

Together with improvement of investment business environment, Quang Binh has regularly improved supporting policies to facilitate for enterprises. The province has carried out incentive investment policies of the Government in favoring and supporting investors at the maximum level as well as applying expenses for investors at the minimum level.

Besides, Quang Binh province has also issued some incentive investment policies on land taxes, support for site clearance, infrastructure construction and training local people as employees for the first time.
In particular, the province also has special incentive policies for key projects which make a breakthrough in socio-economic development strategy of the province according to the province's policy.
