Attending the ceremony were Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Secretariat Nguyen Thanh Xuan; leaders of related departments and branches at provincial level together with divisions and centers under the management of the Provincial People's Committee Secretariat.

The department of receiving and returning results according to "one-door" mechanism of the Provincial People's Committee Secretariat (one-door transaction unit for short) was established according to Decision No.486/QD-VPUBND, dated December 22 2008 of the Chief of the Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee Secretariat.
The task of one-door transaction unit is to receive files of organizations, individuals and enterprises on solving administrative procedures in five fields namely: Issuing certificate of investment, approving the projects of construction investment, the procedures on land for organizations, issuing license of exploiting and processing minerals and registering the birth, marriage and death relating to the foreigner.

"One-door" transaction unit operates from Monday to Friday in office hours. All related fields and contents are stipulated in details and openly posted up a notice in the "one-door" transaction unit of the Provincial People's Committee Secretariat.

Addressing the ceremony, Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Secretariat Nguyen Thanh Xuan stressed that the one-door transaction unit at the Provincial People's Committee Secretariat plays an important role in the renovation of working procedures, creating favorable conditions for organizations, individuals and enterprises when implementing transaction, ensuring the obviousness and openness of administrative procedures, making a belief in the people.
