Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inspects implementation progress of Quang Trach Thermoelectric Center

At the meeting, a representative of the Vung Ang-Quang Trach Petrovietnam Electricity Project reported situation of reclamation and support for site clearance in the Quang Trach thermoelectric center and the project implementation progress.

According to the report, 23 households have been so far donated money for site clearance; 22 households have received land for resettlement homes, of which 13 households have built new houses and resume their life.

During his inspection tour, PPC Standing Vice chairman Nguyen Xuan Quang highly appreciated the efforts made by the People's Committee of Quang Trach district and the Management Board of Vung Ang - Quang Trach Petrovietnam Electricity Project in work of reclamation for site clearance and gave specific directions to solve difficulties for the units, especially work of site clearance.

In addition, he also asked the project management board and Quang Trach district to direct the contractor and relevant units to speed up the progress of implementing the project; site leveling and electricity and water supply for resettlement area.
