At the working session, representative of CCP Group briefly presented waste treatment technology and put forward a great many ideas to ensure efficiency and flexibility of the project in accordance with the province's real situation.

Accordingly, the project should be carried out in phases, of which the first phase shall only classify organic wastes to manufacture organic fertilizer for agricultural production; the next phase shall carry out the application of waste incinerator technology to generate electricity.

Participants spent time on discussing to ensure environmental sanitation, solutions for non-recyclable wastes into fertilizer, waste treatment capacity, investment mechanism and financial resources for the project.

Addressing the working session, Vice Chairman Tran Van Tuan highly valued the implementation of a clean energy waste treatment plant of CCP Group in Quang Binh province and stressed "This is an important project to solve environmental problems and serve socio-economic development of the province".

Vice Chairman Tuan also assigned relevant agencies and Trang An One-member Limited Company in close coordination with CCP Group to complete and assess the project before submitting it to the provincial People's Committee for approval.
