This was a meaningful event to the IT circles of Quang Binh, enhancing knowledge of IT and linking the IT circles; meeting and exchanging between the leaders of IT enterprises, planing the policy for IT development. This activity contributed to propagandizing and promoting application and development of IT in Quang Binh province. This was a good chance for the province's IT circles to exchange and learn experience from the top-ranking experts on IT, bringing the close relation and creating a premise to soon establish the Quang Binh Association of Information as the desire of the Vietnam Association of Information.
