Receiving and working with the mission were Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Phan Lam Phuong, Vices-chairman and Director of departments and branches in the province.

At the working, Chairman introduced to the mission of the Vietnam Oil Corporation about the province's potentials, strengths and investment opportunities, especially investment preferential policies. On the side of the Vietnam Oil Corporation, the mission suggested that the provincial leaders give a permission and create favorable conditions for the Corporation to invest in some projects in Hon La Seaport, such as: shipbuilding, hydroelectric plant, exploitation of mineral, construction of resort area, hotels and restaurants, construction of industrial parks, etc.

Closing the working, Chairman Phan Lam Phuong thanked the Vietnam Oil Corporation for its investment cooperation and economic development in the fields of industry, tourism and service in Quang Binh province. He undertook to create favorable conditions for the Vietnam Oil Corporation to implement the projects. Concurrently, the provincial People's Committee will assign the related departments and branches to consider and quickly solve investment procedures so that the projects are carried out as soon as possible.
