At the working session, two sides mutually informed about socio-economic development of each province. Accordingly, Savannakhet is a large province, always creates favorable conditions and has preferential policies to attract foreign and domestic investors, pay much attention to building infrastructure and improving people's life.

On this occasion, Savannakhet province suggested Quang Binh province should create more opportunities for the province's enterprises and investors to develop economy in Savannakhet province; provide a financial support to build traditional house for Viet-Lao alliance in Road No.9.

On behalf of the provincial leader, Chairman Phan Lam Phuong agreed with the guideline of Savannakhet province on building traditional house to memorize the glorious victory of two nations in the war of resistance against invaders.

At the invitation of Savannakhet province (Laos), Quang Binh province will pay an official visit to Savannakhet province in the coming time.
