Bang convalescent area is located in Kim Thuy commune, Le Thuy district and invested by the Dong Duong Company with total capital of over VND250 billion. The convalescent area has an area of 380 ha, including four main functional areas: hotel, public sport-recreative area, area for organizing events and Spa resort. Bang hot spring is an ecotourism area, meeting all demands of convalescence and physical therapy. Once put into operation, Bang convalescent area will contribute to promoting the provincial socio-economic development, creating more jobs for the laborers, attracting investment, luring tourists and improving infrastructures and services.

Giving a closing speech, Chairman Phan Lam Phuong applauded the effort of investor in implementing construction of the detailed master plan for Bang convalescent area, concurrently stressed that Bang convalescent area is a valuable natural property, so the province should bring into play its values to develop tourism, adding to sea tourism and historical tourism and diversifying all forms of tourism of the province. He also agreed on the project scale with four main functional areas and asked investor to focus on building hotel and public sport-recreative area to quickly put them into operation, serving the demands for tourism and convalescence of the people. Chairman asked related departments and branches to coordinate with investor in completing necessary procedures to begin construction, focusing on appraisement of the design, establishment of resettlement for the local people in the project area, evaluation of environmental effect...
