Chairman Luong Ngoc Binh granted the Third Grade Labor Medal to the Office of the Provincial People's Council

In the past years, the Office of the Provincial People's Committee made many great achievements in its activities, timely synthetized up and helped the Provincial Standing People's Council set up the report drafts of the Provincial People's Council; answered petitions and questions of voters and delegates at the sessions; assisted the Provincial Standing People's Council in solving problems; drafted the reports and advised the Standing Committee timely solving the potential problems in the process of the implementation of the Provincial People's Council's Resolution. Besides, the Office of the Provincial People's Council also created favorable condition for civil servants to improve the political knowledge, professional skills and State management skills, step by step improving the quality of civil servants and meeting the demand in the new period. With such brilliant achievements, the Office of the Provincial People's Council honorably received the Third Grade Labor Medal conferred by the State President.

Delivering a speech at the meeting, Chairman Luong Ngoc Binh praised the great achievements that the staffs in the Office of the Provincial People's Council obtained in the past time, concurrently requested all civil servants of the Office to incessantly self-improve their moral and virtue, striving to fulfill all assigned tasks; continuously well implement the Campaign "Studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh". Besides, all civil servants should study and enhance their professional skills, contributing to improving the quality and effectiveness of the sessions; actively assist the Provincial Standing People's Council in solving the petitions of the voters as well as complaints and denouncements of the citizen.

Acting on the President's authority, Chairman Luong Ngoc Binh granted the Third Grade Labor Medal to the Office of the Provincial People's Council; Certificate of Merit of the Prime Minister to Vice-chairman of the Provincial People's Council Tran Dinh Hue and Mrs Phan Thi Minh Chau for their brilliant achievements in the patriotic emulation movement, contributing to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland. Besides, three individuals were given the merit of model workers at the provincial level and three individuals were awarded Certificate of Merit of the Provincial People's Committee.
