Phu Quy Export Wood Processing Plant is a unit under the Viet Trung Rubber Company. Over the past years, the Company achieved many good results in its production and business, and is a unit leading in paying to the provincial budget. At present, the Company has more than 3,000 hectares of rubber, of which 1,720 hectares put into use; creates jobs for hundreds of laborers every year.

After visiting the plant, President Nguyen Minh Triet warm welcome the brilliant achievements that the Company obtained in the past time and stressed that despite of suffering the great influences from the world’s economic inflation, the Company has remained the progress of production and business, ensured the life for the workers with the average income of VND2 million a person, contributing to the process of the provincial socio-economic development. In order to raise the production, President Triet suggested that the Company should invest and expand the area under planting rubber, maintain the production workshop, and improve income for workers, deserving of the title of Hero of Labour in the process of innovation.
