VND250 billion to upgrade communication route connecting National Road 1A and Ho Chi Minh road
(Quang Binh Website) – With a total investment of VND250 billion, the 14.6-km road, connecting National Road 1A (at Km 709 + 680) and Ho Chi Minh road (at Km 1041 + 850), crossing three communes of Sen Thuy, Thai Thuy and Van Thuy (Le Thuy district), invested by the Quang Binh Provincial People’s Committee will be upgraded to the standard of grade VI asphalted road (TCVN 4054 – 2005).

Once being upgraded, the road will contribute to meet the demand of travel, improve economic condition and reduce poverty for local people in southern communes of Le Thuy district.
It is remarkable that this inter-commune project will connect attractive tourist sites of Bau Sen, Thanh Son Lake and Bang Hot Spring (Le Thuy district). After the road is completed, a number of tourists to these tourist sites will be expected to increase remarkably.
