In response to the program "National Tourism Year in the North Central region and Hue 2012, Quang Binh province will organize the tourism month for discovering Vietnam - Quang Binh cave 2010 with a series of activities such as the opening of eco-tourism routes for discovering caves in Phong Nha - Ke Bang region; artistic picture exhibition on caves and landscapes in Quang Binh; traditional boat racing festival on Nhat Le river; gastronomy week to display Quang Binh special food and so on. The event will be expected to take place in June of 2012.

At the meeting, representatives of related agencies and localities spent much time to discuss the organizational plan to well implement the tourism month for discovering Vietnam - Quang Binh cave 2012.

Addressing the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People’s committee agreed on the organizational plan and assigned specific tasks to related agencies and localities to successfully implement the tourism month for discovering Vietnam - Quang Binh cave 2012.

This is an opportunity to popularize and introduce special tourist products of Quang Binh, especially cave tourism in order to attract foreign and domestic tourists to Quang Binh; call for investors, contributing to promoting socio-economic development of the province, said chairman Hoai.
