Chairman of the Provincial People's Council addresses at the session

In his opening speech, Chairman highlighted the importance of resolutions to socio-economic development of the province.

In order to achieve good results, all delegates and leaders of departments and branches should raise high the spirit of responsibility, uphold democracy and concentrate the thoughts and strengths to take effective measures to promote the cause of socio-economic development of the province, create premise to successfully implement resolution on the five-year socio-economic development (2011-2015) adopted by the 15th Provincial Party Congess, Mr Hoai said.

Chairpersons of the session

At the session, delegates will listen to statements, discuss and ratify six Resolutions on approving the list of investment projects in new urban areas and commercial residential areas; housing development program of Quang Binh province in the period of 2011-2020; the general planning for adjustment and construction of Dong Hoi city and its surroundings till 2025, vision till 2035; policy for attracting and training the talented people in the period of 2011-2015; regulations on financial expenses for activities of the provincial People's Council at all levels.

The session will be taken place in October 18 - 19 and broadcast live on Quang Binh Television.
