Provide 5,250 tons of free rice to Quang Binh
(Quang Binh Website) - The Prime Minister has recently signed Decision No.1945/QD-TTg providing free rice in food aid to Quang Binh province. Accordingly, 5,250 tons of free rice from the national reserve is allocated to Quang Binh province to help storm-hit locals.
The Prime Minister also asked the Quang Binh provincial People’s Committee to manage and deliver the above rice in time and to the right needy people.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development has also decided to allocate 400 tons of maize seed and more than 60 tons of vegetable seed from the national reserve to support for 14 disaster-hit provinces. Of which, Quang Binh is received 70 tons of maize seed and 07 tons of vegetable seed.
