Plan to conduct M-Score service project

(Quang Binh Portal) - The Provincial People’s Council in collaboration with the Oxfam Ha Noi Office has recently held a meeting to conduct M-Score service project.

The meeting was attended by Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Thi Thanh Huong, Representative of Oxfam Ha Noi Office Le Kim Dung and related agencies in the province.
M-Score service project will be carried out in the districts and city of Quang Binh province during three years, starting from July 2015 to April 2018.

The project aims to to enhance transparency and accountability in services provided by local administrative agencies in several districts in the province.

According to the project, residents who accomplish transactions at one-stop-shop units will get a message or call from telephone operator asking about the service quality and attitude via a hotline 18008081 for further information.

They can send their feedbacks about the quality of public service and the attitude of the staff. The feedbacks will help local authorities to see through and take measures to overcome shortcomings and improve the quality of administrative services.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Council stressed the importance of the M-Score service project and highly appreciated contributions of participants to the project.

In addition, Vice Chairwoman asked departments and localities to take effective measures to improve the quality of public service at one-stop-shop units via mobile phones.
