This is a part to welcome the Party Congress at all levels towards the 12th National Party Congress; the 70thanniversary of the August Revolution (August 19th) and National Day (September 2nd), the 104th birth anniversary of General Vo Nguyen Giap (August 25), an outstanding person of Quang Binh land.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee presents Investment Certificate to the Vietnam National Textile Germent Group

The Quang Binh Garment Factory is built in Cam Lien Industrial Park, Cam Thuy commune, Le Thuy district with total area of 4.9 hectares.

The project has a total investment of VND150 million (US$6.7 million) with 60 production lines and an output of 12 million pieces a year, which will export to key markets like the United States, European Union and Japan.

Average turnovers is expected at VND800 billion a year and about VND4 billion is collected in State budget.

Once being operational, the project will solve jobs for about 2,000 local laborers.

The project will include three phases and expected to complete in the first quarter of 2017. The first phase of the plant will invest 20 production line and are expected to be operational in the first quarter of 2016.

Ceremony to begin construction of Quang Binh Garment Factory

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Quang Binh Provincial People’s Committee recorded and highly appreciated the efforts of Vinatex in construction of Quang Binh Garment Factory. He stressed that the project will contribute to promoting economic development, increasing the province’s industrial production index, solving jobs for local laborers and increasing source of income for provincial budget.

Besides, Vice Chairman also urged investors and units to mobilize source of capital, human resource and equipment to ensure construction of the project.

On the side of the province, he pledged to facilitate the project’s construction as scheduled. The province will also aksed related agencies to closely coordinate and timely solve difficulties of investors and units in project implemention process.
