HON LA II INDUSTRIAL PARK

1. Project location

Location: Quang Phu commune, Quang Trach district, Quang Binh province.

Geographical location: it borders

- Anh Trang iron and steel production zone on the northeast;

- Residential areas and cultivation land of Nam Lanh village and Phu Loc village, Quang Phu commune on the southwest;

- National Road 1A on the southeast;

- Mui Om Mountain (Quang Phu commune) on the west.

2. Objectives of project

- To build infrastructure for industrial park;

- To offer land for lease to invest in the plants and service business;

- To provide services in the industrial park;

- To create jobs for local laborers.

3. Scale of the project

Total area for land use: 171 hectares.

4. Total estimated investment

VND 1,600 billion.

5. Expected effectiveness of the project Hiệu quả dự kiến của dự án

- Bring high profits for investors.

- Create jobs and improve the living standard for laborers as well as contribute to the province’s tax revenues.

6. Natural conditions and current situation

- The industrial park is on vacant land with sparse population that will be convenient for investment preparation. The transportation system is convenient including Dong Hoi airport, National Road 1A and a deep-water seaport.

- Currently, there are four investment projects in Hon La II Industrial Park:

+ Iron and steel production plant of Anh Trang Ltd Co.

+ Tunnel brick plant of Minh Son construction material manufacturing Joint Stock Company.

+ Wood flooring manufacturing and woodchip processing plant of Thanh Thanh Dat Ltd Co.

+ Woodchip processing plant of Cat Phu Ltd Co.
