Leading representatives of Dong Hoi city and Khon Kaen city signed a Memmorandum of Understanding

Speaking at the talk, representatives of Dong Hoi city and Khon Kaen city affirmed a traditional friendly relation between the two cities in the past years. During the previous working visits, the two sides' leaders have exchanged and shared opportunities for cooperation and investment in some fields and signed many cooperative agreements between the two cities.

At this talk, the two sides briefly introduced potentials and strengths of each locality in such fields as economy, culture, society, tourism... hoping that the two cities will strengthen a friendly relationship and comprehensive cooperation for a general development between the cities in the upcoming time.

In discussions on cooperation, representatives of Dong Hoi city and Khon Kaen city agreed to sign a MoU with a basic contents. Concretely, the two sides will carry out cooperation in the fields of investment promotion, tourism development, science and technology, urban management, cultural exchanges... aiming to promote socio-economic development and the prosperity of each side.

In addition, the two cities will periodically organize the delegations to exchange experiences and sign cooperation as well as evaluate cooperation results in the past time and propose orientations for cooperation in the upcoming time.

On the basis of friendly and cooperative agreements and law regulations of each country, the two side will also create favorable conditions for units and enterprises to connect, exchange and sign contracts and cooperative agreements, etc.
