Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Tri Province Le Duc Tien, works with B’Lao - Scavi Group’s delegation
(Quang Tri Portal) - On July 8, 2025, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Tri Province Le Duc Tien, chaired a meeting with a delegation led by Chairman and Founder of B’Lao - Scavi Group Tran Van Phu, to explore some aspects of investment promotion activities in Quang Tri Province.

At the meeting, B’Lao - Scavi Group expressed its desire to find a location in Central Viet Nam to expand its manufacturing plant to international standards. The company also proposed establishing a specialized industrial zone for textiles, garment manufacturing, and sportswear, with the immediate goal of attracting strategic partners in the textile and garment supply chain. The group expects this project to bring significant economic and social benefits to the local area.

B’Lao - Scavi Group representatives also expressed their hope that Quang Tri Province would facilitate the establishment of a factory in the province to take advantage of the region's abundant labor force. When built, the plant would become part of a system of facilities in Central Viet Nam. The group also requested the province’s support in expediting the investment licensing process and ensuring infrastructure and human resources to create favorable conditions for the group’s subsequent activities.
In concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman Le Duc Tien provided additional information on the situation, advantages, and investment potential in Quang Tri Province, highlighting the province's strong transport infrastructure, airport, seaport, and favorable geographic location along the East-West Economic Corridor, making it a highly competitive destination for investment.
