Accordingly, two sides agreed on mutual commitments with six targets, including trade, supply and transport, market cooperation, development of human resources, research and development, social affairs.

The agreement between COSEVCO – VCM is to share and support each other, bring the highest benefits for each side. Two sides also undertook to create all favorble condition for partner and cooperate based on the principles of equality and mutual benefits; obey and respect the rights and duties of each side and current regulations of the law.

This is an event to mark an important breakthrough in comprehensive cooperation relationship between COSEVCO – VCM to uphold the strengths and create the premise for development of human resources.

Addressing the signing ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee highly appreciated cooperation between COSEVCO – VCM. On the side of the province, Chairman pledged to create all favorable conditions for two sides in the implementation process of the agreement, aiming at achieving targets of cooperation and development.
