Attending the receiving ceremony, there was Mr. Le Van Tiem, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Huy Hoang Company and Long Thanh Golf Company; major-general Huu Uoc, Editor-in-chief of the People's Police Newspaper; comrade Duy Loi, Director of Duy Loi hammock Company and the mission's members.

On the side of the province, there was Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Phan Lam Phuong; Vice-chairman of the provincial People's Committee Tran Cong Thuat; representative of the provincial People's Committee, People's Committee of Tuyen Hoa district, concerned services and branches and the Central and local press.

At the receiving ceremony, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Phan Lam Phuong reported the losses caused by the Storm No.2 and work of repairing the aftermaths to the mission.

In order to help and encourage flood-hit people overcome difficulties, the Ministry of Police donated VND 250 million; Huy Hoang Company and Golf Company provided with VND 485 million in relief, of which, VND 25 million was granted to Me Suot's heroic family, VND 20 million to disaster-stricken pupils, VND 120 million (including 20 tons of rice) to disadvantage families, VND 120 million was given to build two schools in Tuyen Hoa district, VND 200 million to Quang Binh University. On behalf of the mission, comrade Le Van Tiem granted above relief to units and localities.

On behalf of the provincial leader, Chairman of the People's Committee expressed his gratitude to the mission and promised that the provincial People's Committee will give above money and relief to flood-hit people.
