Attending the meeting was Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Lam Phuong, representative of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, leaders of Tuyen Hoa district and Quang Trach district and related departments and branches.

The Chau Hoa Cement Plant, invested by the Truong Thinh General Construction Company with total investment capital of VND 3,000 billion, is divided into two phases. The first phase will build a Clinker manufacturing factory in Chau Hoa commune with the capacity of 5,000 tonnes of Clinker a day, a cement grinding station with the capacity of 500,000 tonnes a year and a Clinker transport station in Bac Trach commune (Bo Trach district) with the total investment of US$170 million. It is expected that the installed equipments of the Plant is produced by the Federal Republic of Germany and ensured according to the standards of Vietnam.

When the Chau Hoa Cement Plant is operational, it will contribute to moving the economic structure of Tuyen Hoa district toward the industrialization, solving jobs for 300 laborers and paying VND160 billion a year to the State budget.

Addressing the meeting, Chairman Phan Lam Phuong praised the effort of the Truong Thinh General Construction Company in production and business, contributing to the province's socio-economic development. He also asked the Company to co-ordinate with the ministries, Central branches and departments at provincial level to fulfil the necessary procedures, promoting the process of implementation to quickly put it into operation.
