A signing ceremony of a cooperative agreement for the disadvantaged children supporting projects for 2009 funded by the C.I Organization
Over the past time, through the C.I Organization, the benefactors has collected nearly 550 scholarships to help outstanding and poor children in the province; provided a support for 96 children carried out orthopedic surgery free, 100% of children integrated into the community... Besides, the projects funded by the C.I Organization have been carried out closely, creating favorable condition to manage and take care of children in the provincial area. The projects also supplied essential utensils for children, creating a useful playground for them by means of summer camping, writing letters, reading books, drawing and musical performance...
At the ceremony, Mr Hoang Trong Thuy, Chairman of the Taiwan C.I Organization and Mr Pham Thanh Dong, Deputy Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs signed a cooperative agreement for the disadvantaged children supporting projects for 2009. Accordingly, two districts of Le Thuy and Tuyen Hoa will be profited from the projects in 2009.
