Objects belonging to Dong Son culture discovered in Quang Binh province
Some bronze objects, discovered by Bui Dinh Hung, in Quang Hung commune, Quang Trach district, the central province of Quang Binh, included many 2cm-arrows, a seal and a javelin.
Mr. Hung found these objects while digging in the soil for house construction.
According to initial assessment of cadres from the Quang Binh provincial museum, the objects belong to Dong Son culture in the province, dating back 2,500-3,000 years.
These objects prove that people of the Dong Son culture lived here. There was a clan led by a patriach who used a seal to show his power.
