With the theme “Improving the leadership and combativeness of the Party Committee, strengthening solidarity and mobilizing all resources, striving to bring Quang Binh develop rapidly and sustainably”, the 15th Quang Binh Provincial Party Congress focused on evaluating the implementation of Resolution adopted by the 14th Provincial Party Congress and proposing main orientations, duties and solutions for the 2010-2015 period.

Addressing the Congress, Mrs Phong Thi Tong acknowledged and praised the achievements that the Party Committee and people of Quang Binh province obtained in the past five years and asked the Provincial Party Committee should pay attention to improving the Party’s leadership and combative capacity, promoting the solidarity, stepping up the renovation comprehensively, nhancing democracy, nurturing human resource and creating a foundation for Quang Binh to develop rapidly and sustainably.

The 15th Provincial Party Executive Committee (term 2010-2015)

The Congress elected the 15th Provincial Party Executive Committee (term 2010-2015) including 55 members; elected the delegation to participate in the 11th National Party Congress, including 18 official members and alternate member.

At the first session, the 15th Provincial Party Executive Committee elected 15 members to the Provincial Standing Party Committee, Mr. Luong Ngoc Binh to be PPC Secretary, Mr. Hoang Dang Quang to be PPC Standing Deputy Secretary, and Mr. Nguyen Huu Hoai to be PPC Deputy Secretary (term 2010-2015).
