Provide 2,190 tons of rice as aid relief in the Lunar New Year
(Quang Binh Website) - The Provincial People's Committee approved Decision No.123/QD-UBND to provide 2,190 tons of rice taken from distribution of the Prime Minister for the first phase to districts and city as a aid relief in the Lunar New Year festival and the between-crop period in 2014.
Accordingly, these recipients include Le Thuy district (250 tons), Quang Ninh (130 tons), Dong Hoi (60 tons), Bo Trach (500 tons), Quang Trach (550 tons), Tuyen Hoa (350 tons) and Minh Hoa (350 tons).
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to coordinate with the State Reserves of Binh Tri Thien region and the People's Committee of districts and city to distribute the subsidized rice to needy people.
