The 2016-2017 academic year is the first academic year to implement the Resolution adopted by the 12th National Party Congress and the 16th Provincial Party Congress's resolution; continue implementation of fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education and training according to Resolution No.29-NQ/TW and the educational development strategy for 2011-2020 of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Speaking at the opening ceremonies for new school year, provincial leasers hailed the schools' achievements in the 2015-2016 academic year and asked teaching staff and students to uphold tradition as while continue their efforts to record further achievements in the coming year.

Leaders also encouraged each teacher and educational manager to improve their professional skills and teaching methods and set a good example of morality, self-study and creativity for students to follow.

Leaders urged the schools to continue the good tradition of overcoming difficulties and challenges and striving to create a positive learning environment where students can develop comprehensively.

With the obtained achievements, provincial leaders believed that teaching staffs and students will fulfill assigned tasks for the new academic year, uphold the tradition of "good teaching, good studying" and contribute to training human resources and the talents for the motherland.
